1) Go to Ski village and click the tour guide booth, you will need to take a quiz, the answers are on the left
2) A message will pop up congratulating you, than click 'Receive the tour guide hat'
3) You will get your tour guide hat and a postcard
How to give a tour - Put only your tour guide hat on, than click the speach bubble in the lower-left hand corner. Than click 'activities', than click 'give a tour'
